Valentine's Day Playlist: 50 Non-Traditional Love Songs

Just like Christmas, Valentine's Day has a mass of music dedicated to that one special day. Whether it's about a current relationship, a terrible break-up, or just being single, I wanted to create my own take on a Valentine's playlist. I took a poll on Twitter to help pick what influence the playlist would take. The options were 1. being/falling in love, 2. break-ups, and 3. being single, and you're all total romantics as number 1 won. I am actually happy about this as I am a total sap for love songs.

I have tried to keep away from the usual 'I Will Always Love You', and don't get me wrong, those are great power ballads to sing in the shower, but I wanted to put together something that's a little less traditional in the sense these probably weren't the first songs that came to your head when I said Valentine's playlist. I've kept to my true music love of punk-pop, some recent chart hits, and a few oldies too... I say oldies, it's about 10 years ago.
