I am so excited to finally reveal my very special blogmas!

I have been working so hard putting this together, and even harder trying to keep it a secret.

I was planning to take part in blogmas last year, but due to life just getting in the way, it didn’t happen. It was something I have always wanted to do as I am such a Christmas enthusiast. I kept the idea at the back of my mind, but it wasn't until mid-September where I actually decided I wanted to get involved. I am never one to keep things simple, so I started to brainstorm ideas of how and what I wanted my blogmas to be. Obviously, it has to include Christmas related posts, but I wanted something a little more. I wanted my blogmas to reflect my love for Christmas, as well as my personal passion for blogging. No one wants to read an uninspired blogmas, and I definitely don't want to write something that wouldn't keep me motivated for 24 days.

So I thought to myself, what do I love most about Christmas?

• Gifts (giving and receiving)
• Food
• Crafts

And then the post ideas just came flooding in. The inspiration behind my blogmas is food and craft, both of which you can make and keep for yourself, or make and give to someone else. You can even put together the ingredients/materials and share with someone for them to make or bake. Homemade gifts are one of my favourite things to give, and I know you won't be short of ideas during blogmas. The food and craft posts will run during the week alternating between the two; so you'll get 8 recipes, and 8 tutorials. They are all easy to make and do, and are so very festive. At the weekend, you're going to get a break from the creativity and get a range of posts including a playlist, gift guide, wallpaper, and so much more. I'm obviously not going to tell you what each post is going to be, but I'll give you a little clue...

I'm sure you might have guessed by reading the post title, but my blogmas has an advent calendar! Click on each door to reveal a clue about the post. Once the post goes live, I'll update the door with a link taking you straight to the post. This is a fun little idea I had just to go along with blogmas. Like I said, I am never one to keep it simple. Each post will be going live at 12pm, so bookmark the advent calendar, and you'll be able to see what's new straight away.

The last 12 months has been amazing for my blog, so I just wanted to finish the year off in the best way possible. I have been working so hard planning and putting all this together, I really hope you'll enjoy it, and love it just as much as I do. Even if you're not a Christmas fan, I'm sure you're going to find something you'll like too.
