Redesigned and New Business Talks

I'M BACK!

I should be saying I'm back blogging after a two-month break, but don't be fooled by my lack of posting, because I have been working very intensely behind the scenes on Little White Socks.

You may have noticed things look a little different around here, and that's because I have been redesigning... yet again. This time though, with something I am so proud of. I have put every single little thought into everything on this blog; the colour stories, the layout, how I can make something that not only works well but is still interactive for my readers. I definitely had a very strict mentality when creating this new theme, a simple "oh it will do" would never cut it this time around. I wanted it to be perfect, and I don't want to blow my own horn but, I am so in love. The content of a blog is clearly the most important, but I wanted it on something that is visually exciting. I wanted my theme to represent me and my blog in every single way possible, and I can say, I have ticked all those boxes.

Not only did my redesign help me create this, but it also helped me realise something else. Something very exciting. At the start of the year, I *set a goal* to start my own business. I wasn't adamant about starting it this year, but it was something to have at the back of my mind in case an idea sparked, and during my redesign, it sparked. I don't want to give too much away as I haven't had much time to really plan, but there is a clue of the name somewhere on this blog. It may also give you a little clue on the route I want to take my business idea down. I've never been good at keeping exciting news quiet for too long so I will be posting the name, and the type of goods and services I'll be producing very soon. Let me know if you can find the clue too!

I am in need of a well-deserved break, so a regular posting schedule will be resuming back in a week or so. My mind is suddenly so focused on the creative side of my posts like my recipes and diys, so with summer coming up, expect a lot of summer inspired food and decor, along with a whole variety of new posts which hopefully you'll love too. Not like I haven't already piled on the workload, I am planning to spend a dedicated amount of time focused on starting up a newsletter. Hopefully, I'll have my first newsletter out by the end of the month, so please sign up (you can fill out the form to the right or at the bottom), and you'll be the first to know.
